1. It is the candidate’s responsibility to fill the application form accurately, ensuring that they are error free and complete in all respects.

• Correct details have to be entered.
• Name has to be exactly the same as the 10th Class Marks card.
• The symbol for percentage % should be avoided while writing percentage of marks.
• For the course desired, only one course is allowed to be selected in an application form.
• Candidates applying for more than one combination are required to apply for each of the combinations in separate application forms.
• If the candidate is not residing with the parents, local guardian’s contact details should be provided (Phone No, Mobile No, E-mail, Address)
• A recent passport colour photograph (max 100 KB) with the handwritten signature (max 100KB) has to be uploaded.

2. NRI candidates have to obtain the ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE from the Director, PUE, Karnataka.

3. Candidates will be enrolled after the payment of fees. The fees once paid will not be refunded. The admission is subject to the approval of the Department of Pre-University Education Board, Karnataka.

4. Admission procedures will be complete only when the candidate submits the following on the reopening day of the College.

• 2 copies of SSLC/Equivalent Marks Card
• 2 copies of Transfer Certificate
• Copy of SSLC Hall Ticket.
• A copy of Migration Certificate(ICSE/CBSE Board)
• A copy of Provisional Eligibility Certificate (Foreign, NRI or IGCSE Board Students)
• A copy of the Caste Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer.
• A Copy of Aadhar Card
• Valid Student Visa, Passport Copy & Residential Address (Must for Foreign & NRI Candidates)

The College reopening date as per the instructions of the PU Board will be intimated to students.
